Halfway There: Life at 19 Weeks Pregnant

Dear Diary,

19 weeks and the bump is growing bigger and bigger every day! As we finally start to feel like this is real, we are also approaching so many milestones. We had our anatomy scan earlier last week and are so excited to share the news with everyone! It has been so tough keeping it a secret. 3 more weeks and we can finally tell everyone what the baby will be! Since we’ve chosen not to tell friends and family until the gender reveal party, I shared the news with co-workers and students at work (they will not be in attendance at our party obviously).

Here are some of those old wives tales that people love to hear about. Fair warning, I’m quite split down the middle when it comes to these, which makes guessing all the more trickier (and fun!).
