Summer Bucket List: Outdoor Edition

Watch a sunrise/sunset:

This is my favourite of mine because you can do one of the two. You can go on a walk somewhere nice or simply park up and watch the sun do it's thing.

Take a spontaneous day trip:

This is a perfect opportunity to see a city or a place in the countryside in it's best form. Nature in it's best form, cue the cute pics of your outfits and get some fresh air. Don't forget the vitamin D.

Hike a trail you've never done before:

This one I may say is not for the weak. Either go in the morning or evening. But if not, it's nothing a cap and suncream can't solve. A new walk where you have never been is exciting, something new plus you can get your steps in too!

Have a beach day:

This one can't scream summer more. The sun, sea and sand. Ahhh, just picturing being there is enough. The sounds of the waves. It heals your winter self.

Watch the stars:

One of my personal favourites. I have done this many times, I have driven out to somewhere before but simply staying in my garden is enough.

Visit a botanical garden:

My flower girlies, this one is for you for sure. Colour and nature with a side of some butterflies if you are lucky enough. I would definitely recommend it if you don't want to be in the sun too much and get all sweaty. Coffee in hand, I can picture it now.

Go berry picking:

If you need a pumpkin picking fix, berry picking is the one. Plus you can bring something home with you and it is a nice experience especially for the little ones in your life.

Have a picnic in a park:

As soon as the sun comes out this is the first thing I think of, this and a book. Either on your own or with others. It is cheap and doesn't require much effort with travel or getting bits together. If you are extra, M & S picky bits will add a little spice.
