Things To Do Instead of Scrolling

Scrolling has become too easy to waste time on. And it can make upstairs feel so many things and feel. From myself I have tested it out and the sleep and my general happiness/stress was so much better. So here are a couple of ideas of what you could do to help keep your mind occupied.
Clear out: A perfect refresh. What better way to clear the mind than clear out all those clothes and random things you have stuffed in some drawers. I recently decided I wanted to decorate which meant a good bit of ruthless behavior. It did help.
Reading: It has been a good way of escapism to me, anything to take me away from the world but still be good for myself I am here for. If you feel like it is something you want to get into to talk to people who love reading, have a look at our site for some recommendations. The book girlie community is a fun and kind place to be. Try it, you never know it could be your next favourite part of your day.
Try a new exercise: Not all us girlies love to get hot and sweaty. This one isn't about that. It is simply moving your body. If that means a daily walk with a podcast, music or audio book, so be it. This could be stretching in the morning or for some weight lifting. This is completely down to you and how your body loves to move. Like why not have a dance in your living room?
Play a game: This means two things, electronic and physical. This could be playing on your Nintendo Switch to doing a crossword in the evening. Stimulating your brain in a different way than staring into the abyss of people's fake lives is better.
Find a new thing to watch: I personally find TV hard to watch. So when I watch something, 9/10 is probably a good watch. I have to be stimulated from the get go, sorry everyone. But having a look on streaming sites like Netflix or Disney plus and investing into a big series can be something to look forward to or switch off.
