Free time? Try a hobby or two and have some fun! Hobbies are something that have always been an important part of my time. To help destress and find what you enjoy.


Hobbies are something you can easily fit into your busy schedule or use to make time pass. 


There are four types of hobbies that you might love:

  1. Creative (painting, drawing, photography).

  2. Physical (yoga, hiking, dancing).

  3. Intellectual (reading, learn a language, playing a game like chess).

  4. Outdoor activities (gardening, birdwatching).


Having a hobby can have so many benefits. It can help stimulate your mind to work on skills and self-expression, and bring a sense of importance to your life, as it can help you build a social community.


Whether you have 5 minutes spare or a whole day free, fitting a hobby into your daily routine could be the answer you need to relax and improve your overall well-being. 


I know for me, baking and drawing were a big game-changer. So start your journey to a better life by starting a new hobby today!
