Season of Feeling Lost

Has this ever happened to you? Sometimes you sit still for hours, feeling directionless, as if the mind is empty amidst a lot of chaos... every single thing around you feels unfamiliar and you look for something you don't even know. If this sounds like you, brave one, you are someone who needs this today.
Let me whisper a secret in your ear. You're okay! You're not alone here, and you're not falling behind.
You are just lost in between who you are and you are becoming.
So don't rush! What if this pause is necessary?
We all pass through seasons where clarity feels distant, because being lost slows life down so that we can finally hear ourselves. Growth does not feel like progress while it's happening, but gradually and unknowingly we are preparing for a transition; to become a better version. When present struggles, efforts, hopes, and ambitions feel unfamiliar remember, that's because they're unfit for the "new you".
The only thing that remains permanent in this world is "change". Nothing or nobody stays the same. Rather than the continuous process of "What I've always been", a little pause is healthy. You have to think "What more can I become?" This reflection realigns us with what truly matters.
We say that life is a journey, don't we? When the road seems odd, stop for a moment and look around. Do not ever rush to compete with time. Give yourself a break and slow down so you don't move in the wrong direction. Don't exhaust yourself over timelines that aren't yours. Let yourself grow and transform.
Never forget that your potential allows you to experiment, experience, and rise every time you fall. A life without transitions is tasteless. Don't you think so?
Be the water that bumps into rocks, and roots but keeps flowing at its own pace, making its own way through the odds. It never goes backwards or stays at the same place. Sometimes thin and sometimes thick, it just flows towards its destination.
So now, do you know what to do when you feel lost? Let your system upgrade and be patient while it happens. You might not understand now, but you will eventually. This season fertiles the soil where your next self will take root.
For the wandering heart reading this-, if you've been here know this: trust the process, let new chapters unfold, and don't fear being lost. This is just the beginning of becoming.
