The Defining Moments of the 2025 F1 Season

2025s year was fun and the last of the norm for a lot of F1 fans and the drivers too. It was the 75th anniversary for starters. And we ended up with a new dominator, Mclaren. With the year before being red bull racing, now we have a new winner. Withholding the driver championship and constructors too.

Mclaren became the team to beat, with multiple double podiums. Making the drivers championship fluctuate between norris and piastri. Red bull racing struggled to stay consistent after such a good year before and couldn't keep up with McLaren's pace.

Ferrari gained a new driver, Lewis Hamilton. The biggest news of the year came into fruition and fans got to see Hamilton in red for the first time. Hamilton struggled adapting but with the season behind us is becoming more positive with the new guidelines.

2025 was the year for rookies. We had new faces and mostly young ones too. Which was super fun to see new drivers given opportunities to fight for a post on the grid. This includes, kimi antonelli, ollie bearman, gabriel bortoleto, isaac hadjar and jack doohan.

Track and race calendar wise we have twenty four races instead of typically twenty to twenty two. Plus we started in australia which we haven done since before covid 19.

As always there are always replacements and in particular lima lawson took over sergio perez's spot at red bull racing.

The sport is becoming more popular every year, and the year just gone it hit a fanbase of 827 million especially within younger audiences and became more diverse. Yay nearly half women.

Hopefully we all saw that the formula one film came out which became the highest grossing sport film that featured brad pitt, how exciting.

And there is all the tea from the last year, we hope you keep reading all about the upcoming races.
