The Power of Tea

Something that is often overlooked in our lives are the small things, especially the small things that most likely live in your cupboard!


This article is for everybody, from people just wanting to try a new herbal tea to the people that want to sprinkle intuition and a small piece of magic onto their day.


Different infused teas have been proven to provide, support and stimulate certain areas of us humans.


For example, a very common blend I’m sure we have all heard of would be for sleep, some big components that are featured in the tea bags are Lavender and Chamomile.


This is because both herbs have been proved to reduce anxiety and stress levels, allowing the consumer to slow down and therefore have an improved sleep cycle.
