Why Women Are Choosing Independence

Many women out there are choosing to be single. You heard that right. Even when it comes to baby making there's options to do it all on your own. Decades ago or even years ago this would 100% not be even a thought in any woman's head. Never mind shunned upon if the occasion did arrive.
With this being normalized it opens doors for a lot of women. To ease that pressure to those who don't feel motherhood is their path or simply just thrive being single. When you are already happy, why ruin it? Any person should bring something to the table.
It needs to be celebrated and recognised more for sure, are we halfway there? The female empowerment within this is so important for womanhood.
The other angle is being disappointed. the disappointment of men. Now don't get me wrong, there are lots of amazing men, partners and friends that we have in our lives that are men. It can be part of the reason why some women are simply more independent. The reality for some is chasing a partner to just be dealt with the wrong ones. Those who don't pull their weight and simply don't add any joy into their lives either. When you are giving 80% all the time why would you?
Women for years have been more than capable to do it all. And this modern era shows this. From just being a child bearer and housewife. We do this, get an education, work, look after ourselves and another three other bodies while the man looks after one. This is the case for some and you can't fault the women for being put off by this.
My single mothers out there are the perfect representation of being an independent woman too. This is not always a solo journey through life. Having to play both parents is overwhelming, but they do it effortlessly. To put themselves and most of all their children before anyone for the sake of being the protector.
There are so many representations of the independent woman and why they choose this. The girl growing up, mothers, business women and mostly the people around you in some shape or form. Let's clap for them.
