This is the last of the bucket list you will be grateful for today. But today is all about getting crafty and creative. To heal our inner child and stop all that scrolling on our phones.
Read summer books:
For my bookish girls, it is always important to be on theme and take advantage of the sun being out with a nice summery book. It is one of the most zen times to relax and read a book. Soon we are going to compile some of the best summer books so if you need some help deciding we will be all the help you need shortly.
Start a journal:
If you don't journal this one is for you. Summer is the time most of us have time to be free and have time off. We want to make the most of it and soak it all up. Even if you jot down a couple of bullet points or a few sentences its good for in a years time to reflect back on all the fun you had.
Learn a new skill:
This doesn't sound as serious as it does. This could be doing some photography on your phone or a vintage camera. Trying to bake a new recipe or cook something you wouldn't normally. Painting could be another and very therapeutic.
Scrapbook of your summer:
This requires taking pictures and getting out all the stickers and keepsakes. Compiling them all together you can see what you did and make it all the more special.
Create a summer playlist:
A simple but a very effective one, create a playlist devoted to summer. What is going to be the soundtrack to your summer I wonder?
