It’s not hard to be nice and it seems like it is such a chore for some people to be nice.
This isn’t aimed at anyone or anything specific but it’s something that I pick up on within society and being in public.
Tiny little things like saying hello, bye, thank you.
When someone walks through the door instead of just looking at them strangely, ask how was your day?
That one message or that smile.
Could make all the difference to someone’s day or life.
Keeping to yourself and doing your own thing and not sitting talking badly about other people.
Looking into what people are doing all the time is none of your business.
It takes more effort to be negative, to be jealous or to bring someone down then it is to actually lift people.
It’s a shame sometimes because it can ruin a good thing.
Missed opportunities.
Sometimes I want to shake people a little because think how you’re presenting yourself and how you’re projecting your negativity onto other people.
It is how you’re reflecting on yourself, not only others.
It can change other people's mindset, you have that power and influence to do that depending on their day.
Changing into something more positive and everything can feel that little bit easier.
Remember it is not hard to be nice.
