I found this concept really funny because I think at the start of every year we always think about things we want to gain in our lives.
Wanting to do better and I think we don’t think about things we want to get rid of, which is why I like the concept of a new year no us.
It is something that a lot of people should do for themselves in situations which is moving on and not going back to someone that they know it’s not good for them.
That doesn't mean finding someone else, it could be but being with yourself.
I think no year no us is a representation of the two opposites of New Year as being positive but reminds us of the negative being in the last.
Some people don't like to look back but sometimes we have to learn and better our time being spent.
Leaving someone in the past is not necessarily something we normally want to hear, especially if we care about them still.
But it’s something brave to do.
It's something to tell yourself that this year the goal is to not go back to old patterns to be better and find better out there.
Having it as a goal is a reminder that you don’t want to go into another New Year with them.
Ewwwwww.
If you went back you would feel like you’ve let yourself down to some extent.
It's a great sense of optimism that you can be on your own, you can get through this and you don’t need them for another year.
